1. Introduction

Welcome to Fly Center UK, your trusted travel booking service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website or making any booking through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Our Role

Fly Center UK operates as a travel agent and booking facilitator. We assist you in arranging travel services such as flights, accommodations, and other related services. Please note that the ultimate contract for these travel services is between you and the respective airline, hotel, or service provider (the "Service Provider"). Fly Center UK acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating your booking and processing payments on behalf of the Service Providers.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability, the specific fare rules of the Service Provider, and final confirmation.

3.2. Full payment is generally required at the time of booking, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3.3. Prices are subject to change until payment is received in full and the booking is confirmed by the Service Provider.

3.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all passenger details, including names (as they appear on passports), dates of birth, and contact information. Any discrepancies may lead to booking cancellation, denial of service, or additional fees imposed by the Service Provider.

4. Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • A full refund may be issued if a booking is cancelled within 30 minutes of its creation, provided the Service Provider's terms allow.
  • After 30 minutes, any refund entitlement will be strictly governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective Service Provider. Many discounted or promotional fares are non-refundable.
  • Fly Center UK applies a non-refundable administrative service fee of £50 per passenger for all customer-initiated cancellations or refund processing requests, in addition to any fees levied by the Service Provider.

4.2. Cancellation or Changes by Service Provider:

  • If your flight or other travel service is cancelled or significantly altered by the Service Provider, any refund or rebooking options will be determined by their specific policies.
  • Fly Center UK will endeavor to process your refund once we have received the funds from the Service Provider. Please be aware that Service Provider refunds can take up to 90 banking days or longer to process.

4.3. Booking Amendments:

  • Requests for changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes, name corrections) are subject to the approval of the Service Provider and their specific terms and conditions.
  • In addition to any charges imposed by the Service Provider, Fly Center UK will charge an administration fee of £50 per passenger per change.

4.4. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Fly Center UK is not liable for any delays in refund processing caused by banks, credit card companies, or Service Providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fly Center UK acts as an agent only. We are not responsible for:

  • Any acts, omissions, or failures of Service Providers, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost or damaged baggage, or issues arising from immigration or customs procedures.
  • Events of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, epidemics, civil unrest, government actions) or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may disrupt your travel plans.
  • Your failure to comply with passport, visa, health, or other entry requirements of any country.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Fly Center UK shall be limited to the amount paid directly to us for the specific booking in question.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

  • Carefully reviewing all booking details and ensuring their accuracy before confirmation.
  • Obtaining and carrying all necessary valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required for your chosen destinations.
  • Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or other travel disruptions.
  • Independently monitoring your flight or travel itinerary for any schedule changes advised by the Service Provider.

7. Data Protection

Fly Center UK is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with applicable data protection laws. Your personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your travel bookings and providing related services. 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
